This theory is difficult to understand in the schools, because teachers should teach the right knowledge to students. For example, student achievement come from the teacher believe that is the right things or knowledge. If the teachers feel you reply a wrong answer, they will deny your answers and give you 0 point on the question.

My first exposure to this theory is I disagree with each other’s position in the work place. Since he has always insisted his approach, so i put down own ideas, and let matters develop naturally.
